Bidvest vehicle finance

I would like to inform you on the service of bidvest they are contract bank for government subsidy vehicles in collaboration with mmela I have paid my deposit to bidvest 3 weeks ago the lease agreement with bidvest was signed 14 working days ago Up to now I have not received my new vehicle as bidvest has not yet paid mmela yet and they could not issue a release form for me to collect vehicle My 1st installment is due in 11 days I yet no vehicle When trying to contact bidvest I'm told they can't talk to me I must work through mmela this to me is unacceptable I was told last week to register the vehicle and take out licence which I did so I have a license disk but no vehicle
