Bidvest the best bank by far not to bank at!!!

I am the director of Fix UR Credit and we've been banking with Bidvest for almost 8years. On the 26th of April 2024 we tried to access our bank account to effect payments. Surprise, surprise without any prior warning or notification our banking profile was suspended. An unhappy client complaint and our brilliant bank one-sidedly chose to handle the matter. Well done Bidvest, month end and we couldnt operate. PLUS our other accounts for our other businesses weren't accessible. We couldn't even get hold of our contact person to liaise . Now recently we get an email to FICA our account - why wasn't this advised or done when we had the issues in April? We were given 2 days to send through documents and what happens... our account gets blocked AGAIN! It's taken almost 2 weeks to get hold of anyone, our consultant is on leave and no joy from anyone at Bidvest. Brilliant customer service???
