Bidvest retirement fund is full of stories

Bidvest retirement fund, has to the worst. I left Protea Coin in February and to date I have not received any payment and the fund keeps giving me different stories every time I call them. They said I should wait for 6 weeks and its been two full months going to three and they still giving excuses. Latest they said payment is done and within 48 hours they will be done but its been 4 days and now when I call they say they having a problem with their system and they don't know when it will be fixed. Like wow.
