Bidvest only care about profits not their clients

As i have been pleeding with bidvest bank to release the funds or send them back to the sender/depositer because all i hear from them is that the account is suspended, I fail to understand coz the funds were deposited to the account that is already suspended.

Since it was suspended why didn't the funds bounce back to the sender/depositer coz the funds the account is suspended since that all i seem to hear from them. Even when i send them all the proof and contact number were the funds i received come from and pleed with them that they not related to why the account is suspended and they for feeding the kids, paying for school fees and transport fees but I'm preaching to deaf ears.
