Bidvest old mutual ruined my birthday plans
I failed to withdraw money from an atm due to a technical error and the atm slip indicated that my money will be reversed immediately into my account but a week later , nothing happened and I do not get feedback even after sending several emails seeking help from old mutual Bidvest bank.
