Bidvest mandates is a joke!!!!!

Getting your mandate is impossible with them. I work for an international company and in order to receive my payment I need to sign my mandate. Even if you call or send an email nothing happens why does it need to be si complicated. Last year I had no problem with signing it but today it is a real struggle
