Bidvest Mandate Form - WHAT A DISASTER

ZERO STARS for absolutely shocking service. I have been dealing with this terrible process since the 24th of December and am yet to receive my Airbnb payout which was released on the 24th of December 2024. It is impossible to get hold of anyone who can assist with my query. I phoned the customer complaints line and waited 15 minutes for someone to speak to me, just to tell me they have to put me through to the mandates department. Once they put me through there is an automated voice and then the line cuts off? The AZA finance consultant is also incredibly unhelpful.
