Bidvest mandate delay

I have been trying for more than a week to get a mandate signed for me to get my airb&b payout. I always get a very vague response from a different person after a full working day. Previous years it was better but this year it is putting me in a position were I cannot pay the people that I need to pay. I am not the only person in this postion and it is very frustrating to say the least
