Bidvest mandate

Not able to show 0 stars. They want you to sign a mandate to declare your hard earned money yet the system throws out errors the entire time. When you phone and ask they don't know when the system will be fixed, so how am I supposed to put food on the table for my family??? And I am not the only person from the same company struggling with this, and then they still say you have 7 days to sign or you will not receive your funds!!!
