BIDVEST IS COMPLETELY USELESS DO NOT BANK WITH THEM!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

This saga is really getting out of hand. I am now on day 10 of trying to make payments but still no joy. I doubt whether the call centre understands that I live and work in Azerbaijan which is on a completely different continent. All they are concerned about is security checks!!!! There has been absolutely no response from either Princess, Itumeleng nor Steven. They give undertakings to resolve the problems within 10 minutes and there is absolutely no service!!!! Some services have now been disconnected and my frail and elderly father cannot pay his bills!!!!!! Neither can I as the funds are inaccessible!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! MY OWN HARD EARNED MONEY AND I CANNOT MAKE PAYMENTS FOR MY FATHER'S CARE?????????????? HOW RUTHLESS CAN YOU BE???????????????????????
