BIDVEST holding my AIR BNB funds to profit from interest

I run an air bnb. Every few months Bidvest Bank sends a new mandate form that needs to be completed. You click on the link and it tells you your name doesn’t match your bank account details on the system. My name matches it exactly. I tried to amend it in 100 different forms. Still won’t accept it. Tried to phone them 15 times. Just says they are very busy with the forms and please to email them. I emailed them my ID document and bank statement 4 times. No responses. I emailed them to complain and I get an immediate response asking me to send my ID document and bank statement, which I have already done FOUR times.

I am now out of pocket of R30,000- which Bidvest is sitting on because their online form doesn’t work correctly, and they are understaffed, not answering their phones so that you can’t resolve the issue over the phone and they aren’t processing the emails you receive.

I believe this is a purposeful delay tactic on their part so that they can profit from the interest received on funds.

It is absolutely disgusting that a bank can do this to someone. I live off this money. I have school fees to pay.
