Bidvest Forex O.R. Tambo Airport

<p>Airport the most ***********, it or any fools I have come across. </p> <p>I went this morning to buy some dollars as my flight is on Tuesday morning. </p> <p>The cashier that helped me misquoted on the price- an honest mistake which was forgivable. </p> <p>However, in the process of having to get my proof residence and returning to the counter a lady by the name of Shaan (I think it was) helped me. </p> <p>ABSOLUTELY RUDE, ARROGANT AND DAMN USELESS! </p> <p>After what seemed like an interview from the CIA, and scrutinizing all the documentation that Mango airlines issued me with my flight details, she still asked to see HOTEL BOOKINGS! </p> <p>I showed to her what the travel agent had booked for us, whereby she requested my id. I responded I didnt bring along my ID, but gave her my passport which is of a higher value than a mere I'd doc. </p> <p>She said that she required the ID doc as well as that proves residency while the passport ONLY CONFIRMES CITIZENSHIP. </p> <p> </p> <p>WHAT KIND OF *****S DOES BIDVEST HIRE? </p> <p> </p> <p>After a wasted 45mins, I casually took all my belongings and CASH and proceeded to the foreign exchange next door to Bidvest, (Inter Africa Bureur DE Change) whereby the lady that helped was ABSOLUTELY POLITE, KNOWLEDGEABLE and also offered a way better rate- it's actually a pity I did not get her name, as her service requires a review on its own! </p>
