Bidvest don't want to release my money

Bidvest bank is a disaster. I'm working outside of SA seasonally and I'm getting paid "supposed to be paid allowances weekly" unfortunately it's not happening right now. I'm starving in a foreign country and my financial state is now a mess because of Bidvest bank. I went to a branch in Northmead Square to ask if I can get paid through the account I'm holding with them and they said “sure the account is ssid approved". My money got into the account on the 12 April '19 and the 2nd allowance was paid in on the 16 and still I haven't received a cent of it. I've tried everything to resolve this matter with them and I went as far as getting my company to send me proof of them paying money into my account but nothing helped. I'm really devastated and want nothing to do with Bidvest Bank at the moment, I just need my money because I'm suffering leaving on hand outs in a foreign country because of their negligence and don't care attitude. . I'm emailing them daily without fail but at this moment no response at all. I really don't know what to do now. ??
