Bidvest can't do international transfers anymore in 2023.

With the new grey listing of South Africa it seems additional security is put in place to block legitimate transfer from overseas. I have done transfer last year without any issues. But this year bidvest has an online 2023 SARB Reporting Mandate Form that has to be completed. This is a Bidvest form but bidvest implemented it so fast they *****ed it up meaning payments from last month are being blocked. Tricky as it falls in an accounting year.

The bidvest developers have no idea of how to interpret names so if your surname is complex the add it as part of your first name and it then doesn't match your bank account and hence they block the transfer and money stays in limbo.
