Opened an account didnt use it for a while and when i finally decided i need to use it couldnt remember the pin.

So i called them (mind you this is like 9:45pm) spoke to Rachel, she called me back as there were minor issues on her side. Pin changed in a matter of seconds. So impressed with Bidvest and very gratefull to Rachel for her assistance.
