Bidvest Bank withholding Airbnb Hosts' money

Since January 2025 Bidvest Bank is wrongfully withholding my Airbnb payouts. I want to know how they will pay back the interest I'm losing and the interest I'm paying to take out loans to run my business which is usually dependant on my Airbnb payouts. Bidvest Bank has been sending me a link to a mandate form with each one of my payouts. When I correctly complete and submit the form it returns an error message. When I phone there is no answer only a pre recorded message about how busy they are. When I email no response. When I send a message on the contact platform. No response. They must be doing this with thousands of Airbnb Hosts and retaining our money and possibly earning interest on it. How can this be legal?
