Bidvest Bank troubles

<p>So I wanted to open a world currency card for my trip in December and picked Bidvest to do so. I went to Bidvest Bank in Cresta. There was no lines and was very very busy, everyone was pushing in. Waited for 2 hours to finally be helped because there was only 1 teller open out of four and when asked for proof of residence, I gave Proof of residence by employer (payroll) and a dentist account of which they do not accept, of which is accepted by many other places. I was very irritated because I had phoned them the week before on what I needed to bring but they did not specify which exact proof of residence they needed. The service really lacked. I recommend if you need a foreign currency card, you go to FNB or whatever other bank. I went to FNB and it took very quick and is very convenient along with great service! </p>
