Bidvest bank- The Most Useless bank I have ever come across.

I withdrew money from an FNB ATM with my Bdvest company card, as the ATM proceeded to withdraw my money the power came back on, leaving me with no money and money deducted off of my Bidvest account.

The amount that was withdrawn was a lot a lot of money. I called Bidvest found out I needed the 'Consolidated Customer Dispute Request form' to be filled in and sent back. I had to call in three more times just for an employee to send me a simple form to fill out, Like come on how hard is it send and attached email to someone. It takes quicker to get from Benoni to Johannesburg CBD before Bidvest customer care to even answer a call. That's how long you wait for.

I Eventually get the form and send it back, I was told that there will be further investigation on this and it will be relayed onto the relevant department, this was on the 5th of September, from this day I have not heard any feedback. I have emailed them back and the lady assisting me can't even reply to me email.

Bidvest is literally the most useless and most disappointing bank, for such a big company, they lacking massively in customer service, There processes are messed and the worst thing is they can't even send/reply to a simple message. It almost feels like they couldn't even care, when someone on the other line really needs help retrieving there money.

I'm just so thankful that I'm not a permanent customer of Bidvest, and that this is temporary because I would rather run the risk of carrying money in my wallet before even putting my money with them.
