BIDVEST BANK SUCKS!

This is the WORST bank I have ever experienced. My wallet was ****** and the ******* starting clearing out my bank account with the tap feature. I stopped the card as soon as I saw the transactions going through on my phone. I was told that I had to fill in a "***** report" form and sign and affidavit regarding the events .Their ***** department took a month to "investigate" the matter and told me that I had no claim because the original card had been used! The implication was that I was lying about the theft of the card. If you do happen to open or have an account with them, realize that if your card is ******, the ******* can clear out your account and you have absolutely NO RECOURSE.
