Bidvest Bank PATHETIC CUSTOMER SERVICE AND *******

THIS BANK IS A ***** WITH INCOMPETINT STAFF AND DONT CARE ABOUT THEIR CUSTOMERS

I have a recording of all my conversations as per my complaint below:

Yesterday I noticed that I could not access my banking app. At 11am I called my branch, only to be told to call the call centre, which I did and was kept holding for 15 minutes before anyone answered the call. I spoke the first call centre person setting out my issue, she checked and told me my account had been suspended, could not tell me why. She promised me to call me back within an hour to give me feedback, as I mentioned I was expecting my salary to be deposited into my account and needed to access my funds, so if there was a problem I needed to know so I could inform my employer to pay my salary in another way. Its a day later still NO CALL.

At 12.30 I call back again, spoke to Veronica who told me that there were many clients that were experiencing the same issue, so I need not to worry, the technical people were working on it. At 15.30 I again called Bidvest Bank ***, spoke to Thisipho in ***** department, he confirmed my account had been suspended but could not give me details and told me the person that had suspended my account had already gone home (15.30) and there was nobody to help me.

Unbelievable when the Bank has got my money!!
