Bidvest Bank /Old Mutual Bank Complaint

My experience with Old Mutual bank/Bidvest bank is *********** and totally not professional i have existing case with them on suspected payment ***** i have sent them all the documents you need to give proof from proof of payment, affidavit, proof of funds, bank i get paid from even my payslips everyone from branch staff from dobsonville to jabulani is *********** to even ***** division and complains division so *********** and not professional how do you not know process to follow for a business or company you working for first it was the whole money account and bidvest account **** story on repeated calls with them no resolution its been two months no one gets back to me i keep being told each time its with investigators they not sure when will investigators give feedback everyone in a workplace who deals with clients have turnaround time and this bank needs to know they not above south african law for FSPs i have given all the proof i feel now im bul**** by this bank next one im logging to the ombudsman for banks email *** my name is Mlungisi Mazibuko your ***** division person would know me Nkululeko
