Bidvest bank not respecting customers

I have an Old Mutual account which is administered through Bidvest bank. On Saturday the 24th February 2024 I accessed my account twice to transfer funds and to make payment to another account. I believe that I received three login sms when I only logged in twice. As such I went to my microsoft account and had noted that there was a third party account linked to my private email. I lodged a complaint with old mutual bank to confirm how many times did I access my accounts on Saturday the 24th of February 2024 and from what IP addresses as I always delete login notifications. Bidvest Bank then came back to me saying they could not pick up any activity on my account on the 24th of February which is factually incorrect as my statements show that I transferred monies on that day and although payment only reflected on the 26th of February which I made payment on the 24th, there are clear transactions reflecting on my statements. Although no monies were missing how does a bank deny something when there is evidence to refute their version of events. What happens in the event of ***** taking place, is our monies left to the care of *********** people who cannot do something so simple as to just confirm how many times was an account accessed and what were the IP addresses. Bidvest Bank you have 30 days from today to resolve this matter before it goes to the Ombudsman.

To date on the 18th of March 2024 I have not been contacted by anyone from Bidvest Bank. Why bother replying if your offices dont deal with customer complaints.

Your offices have 24 days left before I take this to the banking Ombudsman and please do note I will also be shortly moving my bank account from Old Mutual elsewhere.

Good morning.

You guys have one week left until this is reported to the Ombudsman. Please note this complaint and subsequent responses we have been sending back and forth is proof that I allowed your offices 30 days to resolve this matter and had to go back and forth with your team.

A lady from your offices emailed me last week. When I responded to her, I received no response.
I emailed her again to ask her to acknowledge my mail and she did not respond.

What is so hard about confirming how many times my account was logged into on a particular day and the IP addresses used?

Is there something that is been witheld from me or is your offices unable to action a simple request. What concerns me is if there was any security breach your bank would not even be in a position to investigate where and how such breach occurred.

I made this complaint on the 12th of March which gives Bidvest Bank until the 12th of April 2024 to resolve this matter internally.
