Bidvest Bank Mandates is the pits! Holding our payments and our businesses at ransom with extremely poor service Their listed contact numbers do not work. Their emails bounce back. Their web portal to submit signed mandates does not work. When you call the normal call center the consultants advise the number for mandates does not work as it is "congested" and they can only accept emails (which by the way NEVER get rep**** to by CELINE who is supposed to be the Manager of this department. Bidvest please get your game up. You are inconveniencing us
