Bidvest Bank Mandate Renewal Declined for NO Reason
I am an AirbnB host for the last 3 years. I was asked via an email to sign the mandate form so that funds from my last booking can be released. I filled everything out correctly and it just told me that my mandate was unsuccesful and that funds will be transfered back. I attempted to reenter details - NO chance provided and now I get an email from AZA Finance saying they look into it. No phone number to phone. I am on the phone as we speak with AirBnB and hope they can light a might fire under the Bidvestbank bum and seeing that I am not the only one with this issue really annoys me beyond words..

07 Jan 2025, 11:31OK. The Mandate was resent and this time it was approved. So glad this worked out at last ! Btw. I also found out they have a complaint email and they even sent me a phone number. So I suggest if you are still stuck with them try those out- seems to do the trick ! *** or contact the complaints line on ***.
