Bidvest bank mandate form not working.

I had to renew my mandate and I keep getting an error message. I have called the *** number and it just rings or I get a call failed message. I have called other Bidvest numbers and I get told that they will escalate the matter and I have not heard from anyone. I have sent emails too. This is terrible service, I need to receive my money!
