BIDVEST BANK KOLLENDE - PATHETIC STAY AWAY FROM BIDVEST

I have been a customer of Bidvest Bank for several years. When I went to the Bidvest Bank Kollenade, Pretoria to check my international withdrawal amount on my Bidvest Visa Card I was informed I must now open a new World Currency Card. Although the bank had all my details on my profile which include my address, passport number, Id number, Tel Nr everthing, I was informed tat I must submit everything again. When I returned 2 days later with everthing, all odf a sudden now my e-mail account with name, address and telephone numer was not acceptable, although these were the exact documents used to open the account many years ago. Pathetic. I immediatly opted to close my account, but now Bidvest Bank wanted the e-mailed accounts with my adress to close the account. The same accounts that they did not want to accept in the first place was no accepted. Total Imcompetence. STAY FAR AWAY FROM BIDVEST. TOTAL IMCOMPETENT SO CALLED BANK. The other bank where I also have an account help me and everthing was completed in 10 minutes. No new cards and documents.
