Bidvest Bank is hands down the WORST bank in South Africa

Wow, where do I start? Your banking app is absolutely terrible. Transactions reflect late, most recent statement is old, payment history of a beneficiary is not available, immediate payment not available. Then over to the absolute ******* customer service I received. To any person thinking of joining this circus of a bank, PLEASE READ ALL THE REVIEWS ON THIS PLATFORM. Almost 90% is bad. One would think Bidvest would actually do something about their horrible service and banking tools but they just don't care.
