BIDVEST BANK incredibly bad service

Hello Peter! What I write is just incredible. I brought my client from Russia @about 1pm on the 24th April to the Bidvest Bank at the center of Stellenbosch to exchange 100 Euror to ZAR, we waited for more than 20 minutes for 'authorization" all in vain, eventually he took his Euros back and we went to Standard Bank across the road where they sorted him out in 5 min. He did shout all the way that if SA bank like Bidvest works like that then the RSA has no future!
