Bidvest bank has no security on our personal accounts.

This is by far the worst bank we have ever come across. There are unknown debits recurring on my wife's account and the flipping bank can't assist. One of the debits was traced from a company in Cyprus and others we are struggling to understand we're the orginate from. We have completed stop order and reversal documents but the centre is mum about the whole issue while we are losing money in our account. We are both going to close these accounts and move to a better and secure bank.
