Bidvest bank enjoys seen me suffer

So bidvest bank motive is to rely see me and my kids suffer? Which i don't understand what they get out of this surfing they putting me thru.

Last week they suspended my account and they refusing to release funds not related to why the suspended the funds. Since I have an account with old mutual i dropped funds to old mutual account since the bidvest account on hold and my life is on hold as well.

When I first inquire at old mutual when can I receive the funds after sending proof of payment and signing their documents.... they said 24 to 48 hrs? Then 48 hrs passed, I called old mutual about the funds and they said it takes 2 to 5 days for me to receive the funds.

To day i inquire again now they telling me that the funds are there and i must wait 10 working days, when i use what the hold up? They say they need bidvest to approve the funds. So on a serious not bidvest enjoys seen me and my kids suffer like this an pleeding to the for my funds.
