Bidvest Bank Cape Town International Airport Ground Floor has the worst customer service ever
Bidvest Bank Cape Town International Airport Ground Floor has the worst customer service ever and is not a family and married couple friendly.
My wife and I had an interaction today around 18h05 with a Bidvest female agent that results in a negative opinion or dissatisfaction.
We went there to collect money via Western Union and this Bidvest agent displayed an irritating prejudiced mindset. We ended up cancelling the transaction than accepting to be treated disrespectfully.
I wouldn’t recommend Bidvest Bank Cape Town International Airport Ground Floor to anyone until they commit to be a family and married couple friendly.
