Bidvest bank can't even open an account for me.

I opened an account on the Bidvest bank app but it bombed out before I could enter my address to have the card delivered. I contacted customer care and someone started helping me via email but then stopped responding. I tried to log into the app again but it complains about my number and ID not matching. I guess I'm walking away from this dumpster fire.
