Bidvest Bank Balfour Park mall johannesburg: Badly treated teller having lunch not assisting and rude

I was given extremely poor service by bidvestbank western union at Balfour Park Mall johannesburg by teller then after asked for the manager, the manager was worse on the 7th of April 2018, went there to collect money with proof of residence for February, was told its too old, I should get a new one, then went and printed a new one, when I came back the teller told me she is having lunch I should not disturb 'coz she works alone, she finished her lunch after 30mins, drama started again because she told me she needs a stamp on proof of resident, I have never seen one... good lucky to anyone that goes to bidvest bank at Balfour Park Mall johannesburg
