Bidvest Bank - Airbnb 'Unsuccessful Mandate '

Airbnb Mandate required to sign for fund release shows 'Unsuccessful Mandate' without providing any additional details or opportunity to review the information entered. I have tried contacting Bidvest Bank via Email, Messenger and telephone without any acknowledgement or response. Judging from the amount of Hello Peter complaints on the same matter there is clearly an issue from the Bank's side BUT our funds/income for services already delivered and paid for are being withheld.

@Bidvest Bank please confirm by when I can expect to be contacted by your customer experience team after the issue is escalated as stated in the standard response you seem to be issuing to all the complaints logged here on the same issue.
