Bidvest / AZA Finance SARB reporting mandate

I see this is a repeat issue with BidVest/AZA FInance.

I always sign the SARB Mandate with no issues - this year with AZA Finance handling its a nightmare. The process is terrible - either the submit button is greyed out or the process loops when it gets to Step 5 - Electronic Signature, and it doesn't show submission.

All calls, emails, website chat options go unanswered. I am a cancer survivor and this is holding up funds I desperately need.
