Bidvest 2025 SARB mandate

I’ve been trying for almost 2 weeks to sort out the Bidvest 2025 mandate. I tried to complete the form and it failed and since then I have tried to call Bidvest helpline over 20 times and emailed them loads of times. Not one response. Meanwhile I cannot transfer any money to my local Nedbank account and hence pay my expenses. This is absolutely shocking and judging by the negative reviews on hellopeter I sense there are a lot of angry people experiencing the same thing !! Well done Bidvest to helping thousands of South Africans have a **** start to their year
