Best Quality Assurance Manager Ever!

I had a problem with the Bidvest Bank website when ordering Forex, and the website kept giving me errors. Being in a panic about the time limits I had to order Forex, I tried contacting Bidvest via Facebook and via their website. Feroda Smith-Karriem - Quality Assurance Manager - contacted me early this morning and has literally followed up each step, and called me to ensure that a solution was found for me. She was absolutely amazing and Bidvest should be proud of have her as an employee. She really turned my opinion around of the company and I really appreciate all her efforts to resolve my problems.
