Be WARNED Bidvest Bank is the worst you could use

I opened an account with Bidvest Durban at their Mutual Mall branch Corner of Gardner and Smith Street a ehile back to my surprise yesterday I went to withdraw money from my bank account of which I couldn't and thought it was a fault with their at machinr as this had happened before so I went to the Absa branch atm across the street to try and withdraw from it and again I tried more than 5 times with no success out of frustration I called they're call center to get clarity where I was insulted rather than assisted witj a lady who told me my account has been frozen because my permit has expired which I don't understand how they can just terminate my account without notifying me about it, secondly how can they just freeze my account with funds there when I havr app**** for a renewal of my permit from the home affairs and just waiying for it to be issued? <br> <br> The rude lady at the call center said that is not our problem take it up with Fica registration which I felt was not called for, I then asked if I could just deactivate the account and get my money because my wife just gave birth and I need the money in that account and the lady's response was \NO"you cannot unless you produce a """
