Badvest rather!!

So I wanted to sell something and someone phoned me they are interested. Oky so then I get proof of payment SmS from Bidvest : Bidvest Bank: EFT Payment to Standard Bank Acc.... Online Banking Amount R 5,500.00 Date 25/05/2019 Time 09:47 Ref: ********** 581621. Query - ********** 177

So i phoned Bidvest as I’m standard bank and I wanted to confirm thy payment was made. The ldy tells me she can’t confirm as he must phone in. Why send the sms with a ref number then. You do not protect anyone in doing that. Useless and gross service.
