Bad Service!

I have never seen such horrible service in my entire life. You are sending me mandate forms to fill in and your system keeps on rejecting the mandate form because of an error on your end. I have submitted bank statements and all that you ask for but there is nobody who responds,you don’t answer your calls. Can you tell us how are we supposed to receive our funds.i have been waiting for my funds to clear since beginning of the year till now. This is utter madness, how can you treat people like this? How do we even go on with our lives when you are not fixing your problems. One moment you say the mandate forms are filled and the other you send another one and then you say the details on the account are different from what you have. I have been waiting for my funds for almost 3 weeks now. I am deeply frustrated and exhausted by this poor service and lack of human interaction,empathy from your end. This is BAD. I want my funds and someone should address this issue. Everyone is just complaining about you here on hellopeter
