Bad service

Poor services. This bank its failing us and our kids as well i have been waiting for the deposit to be authorized for more than seven days and ended up returning back to main account.now on this festive season we need to use cash as a matter of urgency and the same thing repeat its self..its now more that 24 Hrs waiting for the bank to authorized payments to buy Christmas clothing for the kids look at the time shop are closed and the kids still have no clothing because of this poor service that we get from this bank
