Bad online banking services.

Bidvest online banking has the worst service, I wanted to open a grow account with them and Charles made me feel really worthless and was very unhelpful. This bank was recommended by my husband he wanted us to both have accounts so we can save money. Now my plans are ruined but we will move to other banks it's not so much of a problem. I didn't even want to give them one star they deserve no star!!
