Awful teller at bidvest Eastgate

Good day today I was at Bidvest bank Eastgate and a woman abit elderly with Glasses and a piece of cloth around her head named Caroline helped us. We greeted her to no avail and she was very rude to us. I was there to receive a money gram from my father in the UK,and I have never done it before but my brother had and he was answering the questions because he knew and she then started telling me that I should know these things and that it's wrong that I don't. This is not right. I then proceeded to wait in the line and was served by a young lady by the name of Moranique and she was fantastic towards me and was helpful and explained everything I needed to know. I want something done by this Caroline.. Not necessarily do I want her to lose her job but a warning or suspension is due for the way she treated me. This is not on. Please get back to me as soon as possible
