Awesome Service - Bidvest Bank Head Office

what amazing service from Head Office- Mzwakhe saved the day. Loadshedding hit whilst I was trying to withdraw at an ATM, Immediately I turned off the card and called to virtual branch, and spoke to a young man named Mzwakhe. Just the way he was so calm was enough to calm ME down. Bidvest closed all their branches, when you make a transfer it takes a few days to reflect, so I was literally stuck, with no money or even petrol. Fast-forward, him and his team advised me to go to the Head Office(I could hear them advising him on what I should do in the background😎) I went to the Sandton office and he was able to give me a replacement card. They really took customer service to another level, bless all the Saturday 19th November 2022, and also the Security Company that was so polite and explained why they couldn't let me in. My Saturday was honestly turned around and it felt so good to receive such awesome service in SOUTH AFRICA!!!!!
