<p>hi </p> <p>i went to bidvest bank in kepton park , festival mall yesterday and i received a bad service from a consultant.</p> <p>she had her name tag turned so that we dont see her name, and she was on her cell phone and also making private calls from her cell phone... she did niot even smile to me as a customer.... i happen tto peep on the form so that i can see her name . Jessica Nkosi is her name . i was realy not happy as this is my sister company as im also part of the Bidvest group... </p>
