Arrogant Manager

I went to Bidvest Bank St Georges, Cape Town quite early this morning with the aim of sorting out my card issues before proceeding to work. The branch is supposed to open at 08:30 but up to 08:40, there were still closed. An arrogant manager decided to come out and inform clients that they will only open 10 minutes later that would have been at 08:50 or so. He was unapologetic about it and said it like it was the most normal thing to do on a Friday morning. So rude and full of himself. We also have workplaces to go to....Not going back there, taking my account elsewhere where i will get a better client service.....
