ACCOUNT SUSPENDED FOR NO REASON

Where should I start?worst **** bank ever,I bank with old mutual money account,its not even been a month but my account got suspended for no reason,mind you I did not have cash on me..went to the atm this morning and could not withdraw,calmly I called the branch to find out what the issue is..consultant states my account is suspended but she cannot see the reason, I immediately drive to the nearest old mutual branch..consultant also could not see why my account is suspended, she makes calls to the head office and is advised that bidvest suspended my account for investigation?I comply and do what they say..the consultant gave me a bidvest email address and told me to email advise them to immediately unsuspend my account as there is no reason for the suspension The replies I got from bidvest aren't even helping, I'm being told I should wait my account under investigation..I ask for what reason they still cannot give me a reason..worst bank to deal,no later than 2 hours I get a call that my mother just died, no funds to get petrol to get home,my money is stuck with this stupid bank This is the worst
