Account suspended

My account got suspended on the 15th without them even bothering to call me and alert me they suspending it and state the reason. They just left me an sms that I must call the call centre number, it keeps taking me from pillar to post , back and forth transfers when you finally get the right person to help the line gets disconnected they wont even bother to call back. This is very concerning to just block the account like that, without any explanation. And I can see all the reviews is the same copy and paste message im assuming I will also get the same one.
