abuse of position and terrible disgusting customer

Boitumelo Mothibi agent number ***1 has abused her power by blocking me out of their system without a genuinely valid reason. To top it all of when she saw me and my sister who she assisted the day before she started shouting at US without greeting US at all. Worst of all she kept on having loud conversations with her staff in front of clients. This is what happens when it's black on black service.
