ABSOLUTE PATHETIC SERVICE FROM BIDVEST BANK

I made a payment from my husband Bidvest account to his ABSA account on 19/08/2026. The money is out of the Bidvest Account but up to today never arrived in the ABSA account. After lots of emails between myself and *** they claim that ABSA confirmed that money was received and I should approach them. I did - however they emailed back they cannot act on a nameless confirmation and Bidvest should investigate. Still looking for our money.....
